Requirements: 
Must meet income requirements.
Must be a White County resident or reside in Adams/Jefferson Township in Carroll County.
Registration dates:
  • Friday, November 10th from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Wednesday, November 15th from 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Monday, November 20th from 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Services Available: 
Food Vouchers for Families and Toys/Clothes
for Children (Ages Newborn thru 14 years)
What to Bring:
  • Photo I.D. for adult applying for assistance
  • Birth certificate for all children in the household
  • Proof of all income for the last 30 days (pay stubs, unemployment compensation, TANF, SS, SSI, child support, cash income, etc.) or (Pay stub-last 4 if paid weekly/last 2 if biweekly)
  • Proof of address (something that has come in the mail within the last week)
